“I’m begging you, your right to religion and freedom to exercise religion and read all of the passages of the Bible as you want to read them and as your church wants to preach them . . . are going to come under the ropes in the next year. If it lasts that long it will be the next year. I beg you, look for the words ’social justice’ or ‘economic justice’ on your church Web site. If you find it, run as fast as you can. Social justice and economic justice, they are code words. Now, am I advising people to leave their church? Yes!”

Later, Beck held up cards, one with a hammer and sickle and other with a swastika.

“Communists are on the left, and the Nazis are on the right. That’s what people say. But they both subscribe to one philosophy, and they flew one banner. . . . But on each banner, read the words, here in America: ’social justice.’ They talked about economic justice, rights of the workers, redistribution of wealth, and surprisingly, democracy.”

Words really are not satisfactory to describe my utter disbelief at Glenn Beck’s histrionics. He should just have a flashing sign on his studio set that says,

“I’m desperate for ratings and will say anything shocking, no matter how crazy it is, to grab your attention and force you to listen to me. I know that everything I say is a load of crap, but hey, you’re watching! Joke’s on you!”

From the beginning of his career, Beck has been nothing more than a shock jock. Those who take him seriously have issues of their own that they need to deal with. It’s evident that O’Reilly, Hannity and Beck are all vying for viewers attention, with each getting nuttier than the other, and if Beck has to go down this ugly road to claim supremacy over the trailer trash viewership, it appears he doesn’t really mind. But my God, the day has arrived when social justice = fascism/communism — I honestly never thought I would live to see that day. I never even contemplated such a thing. Try to wrap your mind around that thought process for a few seconds. Tough? Yeah, that’s because it makes no sense. Congratulations – you have a brain.

I don’t know. I’ll just tell you this, if this passes and it’s five years from now and all that stuff gets implemented – I am leaving the country. I’ll go to Costa Rica.

This is why stockholders, investors and just normal people like you and me are so livid. We trusted these people, we watched them grow, we gave them our money, and now it’s clear that they could give a damn about any single one of us. So now people are speaking out. They’re protesting. They’re moving their money. They’re writing demand letters. They’re filing lawsuits even. That’s what the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers pension fund did. They filed a suit against Goldman Sachs this past Monday in an attempt to prevent the company from allocating 47% of its 2009 net revenue as compensation.

The suit says that such an allocation would “vastly overcompensate management and constitute corporate waste.” Damn straight. Especially after Goldman Sachs took bailout money FROM US in 2008! The union hopes to recover more money for shareholders that have invested in the company. Who knows where this will lead – the big boys have more big boys looming in the shadows, but it’s a good start!

TMZ spoke with Bristol’s lawyer who tells us Levi’s attorney recently delivered a check for $21,561.12 — the full amount that an Alaska judge ordered Levi to pay … and we’re told the check cleared.

Levi is still ordered to pay $1,750 a month in child support payments.

The short tape — which features a woman certainly resembling Rozlyn performing a sexual act on a sizable gentleman — just popped up on the website Pornhub.com.

Rozlyn’s rep has previously told us she has “no knowledge of any tape.”

The sicko — Edis Kayalar — was convicted of extortion in a German court. Kayalar was suspected of stealing a private photo from Crawford’s former nanny — a photo that showed the supermodel’s

7-year-old daughter gagged and bound to a chair. The nanny said she took the photo as a joke.

Kayalar had turned himself in to German authorities back in November — he was denied bail because the judge thought he was the wack job that he is.

For example, I was driving about 2 hours south of Mammoth (Lone Pine area) and at this point it is a divided two-lane highway. I came up on red 1995 Toyota Corolla going about 55 MPH in the FAST LANE. I get it, some cars can not go as fast as others but why are you in the fast lane? It is inconsiderate to everyone on the road. It creates a road block because the trucks in the right lane make it that much harder to pass.

I put together some tips for those who want to get to their destination quickly:

1. When cutting the person off do not flip them off because chances are they will not see it. Rather, get right behind them and turn on your windshield wiper wash because, trust me, the water will reach their car!
2. When coming up on the car going 55 in the fast lane, flash your brights 3 times – NO MORE. NO LESS – so they know to get the f*ck out of the way
3. Don’t cut anyone off or swerve into the lane to piss them off – that will only cause an accident and makes it more dangerous for people who are trying to text and drive.

Here are some tips for the people who get nervous going faster than 65 MPH:

1. If the speed limit is 70MPH (Which it is on most of the 395 and 14) why are you going 70 in the fastlane? If you don’t want to drive in the slow lane because of the trucks, when you see a car coming up fast, politely get in the slow lane so they can pass and then you can hop right back in.
2. You’re not proving any point by staying in the fastlane when cars cut you off, flip you off, etc, so get out of the fast lane and wipe the grin off your face.
3. When the people trying to pass your slow a$$ are going around you, don’t finally speed up like you are just now realizing what to do. Let them get in front of you, THEN, get over.

Here is a little equation I like to use if driving on a 3-lane highway:
Right lane: 65 or under
Middle lane: 66-75
Fastlane: 75+

So remember – the next time you really want to prove your point to the slow drivers, forget the middle finger and turn on the windshield wash!!!!

An Academy spokesperson told the AP, “Every year it’s an unfortunate reality that we can’t include everybody.”

Earlier in the week, rumors were flying that Neil was going to perform at the Oscars. But those rumors were presumably squashed based on his Twitter.

“I will not be performing a duet with Martin Short to open the Oscars,” Neil tweeted. “Misinformation, I’m afraid.”

After his surprise performance, Neil got back on his Twitter and quipped “I told you I wasn’t doing a duet…”

According to eyewitnesses, Cruise swerved out of the way when the vehicle ran a stop sign, causing the bike to spin out. The actor appeared to be limping when he got up, and he then sat outside Koi Restaurant on La Cienega Blvd to make a few phone calls.

And its worldwide total so far? $210.3 million! Move over Avatar, there’s a new sheriff in town.
